EMERALT
Anti Burr
EMERALT prevents sticking of splashes and molten slag on the metal surface during gas metal arc welding. It is an oil and silicone-free effective product used on stainless black sheet, galvanized, painted and unpainted welding surfaces. Emeralt, is odorless and smokeless and it is resistant to high temperatures.
Usage
*Spray or apply with a brush to form a very thin layer from a distance of 25-30 cm from the welding area before welding.
*Then proceed to the welding process.
Amount of usage
Used by diluting with water in the range of 1:1 to 1:3.
