RASMAR-TC

Composed of petroleum-based solvents, emulsifying chemicals and surfactants. It is formulated to be used in the cleaning of oil spills, double bottom tanks, deep tanks and wing tanks, especially fuel oil spillages. It can also be used for removing and cleaning grease and mineral oil from surfaces in general.

It is used on oily surfaces on fuel oil tanks, machine parts and heavy oils on the surfaces.

Rock and Roll Method:

* Heat up the Fuel oil tank, drain the residual fuel.

* Wash the tank (heating in progress)

*Fill the tank (25% capacity) and heat it.

*Empty after 10—12 hours. Rinse with sea water.

* Turn off the drains.

*Heat 25% of the tank to 40°C after adding 1.8 liters per ton.

*Then fill it up to 95%.

*Empty after 2 days. Rinse with sea water. Close the drains and add 1% RASMAR-TC a second time and fill the tank to 90%. Heat it up. After 1 day, rinse the tank.

*Make gas free (fill completely with sea water). In the circulation method, 2-4% solution is used per ton. It is heated up to 50-60 °C.

It can be diluted in proportions of 5 to 100 kg of water per ton.
