RAS-AL

It is a strong alkaline liquid product with a high washing effect, used in the food industry, especially in the dairy industry, for the cleaning of separators, sterilizers and pasteurizers. It is also used in case washing processes. It cleans the dirt caused by oil and protein in the systems very well and does not lose its effectiveness even in very hard waters thanks to the complexing agents it contains. It contains dispersants to dissolve and keep the dirt in the heating systems in solution. RAS AL is also used in automatic dosing systems like other liquid products.

It is used by spraying, dipping or brushing. The diluted product is applied to the surface, it is waited for a few minutes for it to take effect, if necessary, the heavy dirty areas are brushed, then the surface is washed with plenty of water. Rinsing with pressurized water gives better results.

Heavy Dirt: It can be diluted with water in the range of 1:20 to 1:50.

Light Dirt: It can be diluted with water in the range of 1:50 to 1:100.
