Dispersant Sludge, Sediment, Debris Cleaner
*It is a dispersion, sludge, sediment and deposit cleaner additive in steam boilers, heating boilers and steam generators.
*Low molecular weight polyacrylic acids are composed of organic chemicals that prevent crystallization and disperse.
Usage
* It is determined between 30-60 ppm in line with the determination of the service engineers according to the condition of the scale and sludge in the steam system.
*RAS-70-D is added to the system and the system is allowed to work with this chemical for a certain period of time.
*Blowdown is done from the system at certain intervals and new water is added and the system works comfortably and without deposits.
Usage areas
*It is used in low and medium pressure steam boilers to remove scale, sludge and debris from the system.
